A popular myth is that not everyone can be hypnotised or it means you have a weak mind, if you can be hypnotised.
Hypnosis is something that occurs naturally on a daily basis it can happen when we're daydreaming and just before we fall asleep at night, that part between being awake and asleep is hypnosis.

I am unable to use hypnosis on anyone that is not willing to be hypnotised and I require your written consent, prior to the session going ahead.

As everyone is different, it's difficult to give an exact number of sessions. However, with my experience of working with hundreds of clients, the majority find that there is a significant change in 6 sessions. Some need less, some need more.

Another popular myth is that you are not in control during hypnosis. 

At any point during the session, you can open your eyes and stop the process, exactly the same as if you were daydreaming and wanted to stop.
